The Global Network for Coaching and Mentoring is one of the world's best, high quality training grounds for leaders and managers as well as aspiring and practising coaches and mentors. We offer unique programmes on Graduate, Masters and Fellowship levels.
We have created excellent modules for you to learn how to be a world-class coach or mentor, either directly with cllients or in your leadership role.We cover what coaches and mentors should be doing (hand), feeling (heart), knowing (head), and also “being”. We have created learning content for the coaches and mentors to apply to themselves as well as to their clients or staff. The components of our learning content are steered by accreditation guidelines from the ICF (International Coach Federation) and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). We have also based the content on the critical incidents that coaches and mentors will face.For example, Personal Development of their clients, Life Coaching, Performance Coaching and Mentoring, Career Management, Transitions Management, International Assignments.

We aim to do this by training people to be world-class coaches and mentors that are sought after for their services throughout the world as they really make a difference to their clients.

Resource CentreThe Resource Centre consists of a register of GNCM graduates that is accessible to potential clients who would like to work with world-class coaches or mentors in their area. It furthermore harbors the international network forum accessible exclusively to our students, graduates, masters and fellows, providing them with a powerful tool of support on many levels. |
Research CentreThe Research Centre supports the GNCM community in creating further developments in our programmes and offerings to our clients as well as providing a platform for the professional development of students enrolled in our Fellowship programme. |

GNCM offers three distinct and high level programmes in coaching and mentoring, covering the various aspects of Personal Development, Life Coaching, Carreer Management, Performance Coaching and Mentoring, Transitions Management, International Assignments, Peer Coaching, Supervision etc.:
Graduate programme The Graduate Programme centers on your development as a coach and mentor through the study and practice of personal development, reflective practice, transcultural development, performance development and transitions management. |
Masters programme The Masters Programme builds on the Graduate Programme and focuses on a further deepening of personal development and reflective practice. It then continues to expand into team coaching, psychological approaches, organisational development and supervision. |
Fellowship programme The GNCM Fellowship builds on the Masters programme by enabling participants to carry out real-time research with individuals or organisations. The modules include understanding research, action learning sets, writing for publication and creative approaches to self development. |
