Our vision

Our vision is that by 2020 we will have positively influenced 20 million people in the world, either directly or indirectly. We aim to do this by training people to be world-class coaches and mentors that are sought after for their services throughout the world as they really make a difference to their clients.

Our purpose is to deliver a new world-class benchmark programme in personal development, coaching and mentoring for leaders in businesses, HR professionals and aspiring coaches and mentors. We aspire to be the best for the world and are committed to create a cadre of coaches and mentors that are the best.

The programme

GNCM offers a unique and high level programme in coaching and mentoring, covering the various aspects of Personal Development, Life Coaching, Career Management, Performance Coaching and Mentoring, Transitions Management, Peer Coaching, Supervision, appreciation of inclusion and diversity etcetera. The first module in the series of five consists of a full practitioner level qualification in NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis on which we build in subsequent modules.

Personal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoring The Personal Mastery Programme centers on your development as a coach and mentor through the study and practice of NLP, Time Line Therapy™, Hypnosis, personal development, reflective practice, transcultural development, performance development and transitions management.
