Team coaching is an emerging area of interest for organizations, leaders and coaches. However, the process remains elusive and ill defined. We will base the session on interim results from the EMCC Team Coaching Group and we will conduct a team coaching session for analysis. We will hold two workshops, one on the 14th September in Brussels and the other on the 16th September in London.

The price for this workshop is free for current GNCM participants and a nominal fee of 55 euros is charged for other guests, this includes lunch and a full day workshop, running from 10.00 – 15.00 inclusive. After the workshop we will be running a special hour’s briefing for GNCM participants only.
