The Development Centre is home to GNCM's excellent core programme in coaching and mentoring: the Personal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoring Programme. This unique and world class programme is based on GNCM's highly effective framework:

Our programme meets the requirements of EMCC Practitioner level and is an ICF accredited programme (pending final assessment December, 2011)

The structure of the programme is below and should give you an indication of the balance of theory and practice. The plan process includes the set-up requirements for the programme, including website access, explanation of the completion of a reflective practice portfolio (which is a core part of the accreditation process), attendance of Live Meetings etc.

You are required to conduct 60 hours of coaching outside of the modules. These will be assessed by your peers and the expert facilitators.

Finally you will be given written assignments to complete in between modules and these will be assessed by your peers and finally signed off by the facilitators.

The Personal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoring programme centers on your development as a coach and mentor through the study and practice of NLP, Time Line Therapy™, hypnosis, personal development, reflective practice, transcultural development, performance development and transitions management.
