Jan Versteeg - Director
Jan Versteeg, BSc, has been working as an international manager and coach for five years. Previously he has owned his own businesses and lead and managed hundreds of people, working very successfully in sales and operations for many years. As a hotel owner in The Netherlands, he created innovative and effective ways to enable companies to build effective teams, with sustained results.


Sally Jackson, MBA, has been working as a coach for ten years. She has been working in consulting and training for nearly 15 years. Previously she worked as a line manager and worked internationally for several multi-national companies. Her focus is on leadership development, coaching and teamworking. Her aim is to facilitate personal transitions by enabling people to access their inner resources.
Nathalie has over 20 years of business experience with a career spanning a number of leadership roles for an International FTSE 100 company.
Andrew studied business and finance before starting a formal qualification to become a fully qualified PGA Golf Professional. He achieved the status of class A/T therefore becoming qualified to train other golf professionals to achieve full status. The study of training, coaching, equipment technology and, more crucially business management, were a critical part of his development. During over 20 years of professional golf Andrew operated sites for the Jack Nicklaus organization and the most successful public facility in the UK at Pine Ridge in Surrey, managing a number of teams over the years. Andrew has now had his own golf management organization for the last 10 years.
Linbert is an international consultant, trainer and coach and has facilitated seminars and workshops in America, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bermuda, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, India, Macedonia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Uganda, Zimbabwe as well as in the UK. He is an innovative, inspirational facilitator and coach with proven experience of effective board level interventions and leadership team development.
Philippe Rosinski is a world authority in executive coaching, team coaching, and global leadership development. He is the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
