Nathalie has over 20 years of business experience with a career spanning a number of leadership roles for an International FTSE 100 company.

For the most part, her career has been spent in retail and Commercial functions – and included roles such as, Store Management (responsible for 300 staff and £13m annual sales), Human Resources Management (responsible for 1,000 staff) and Project Management where she led many major change and people projects that delivered significant returns on investment.

Nathalie has been, for several years, the Director of her own consultancy business which focuses on Leadership Development, Coaching, and Human Resource strategy. Where she works with clients such as Tesco stores Ltd, Comet (Kesa electrical plc.), and Bottom-line Technology.
Since working with JS-International, she has worked with Vodafone and also with Panasonic Europe training managers in coaching skills.
She has worked throughout Europe and has trained and coached hundreds of managers in the areas of personal development, emotional intelligence, communication skills, mentoring, leadership and team working.
