Andrew studied business and finance before starting a formal qualification to become a fully qualified PGA Golf Professional. He achieved the status of class A/T therefore becoming qualified to train other golf professionals to achieve full status. The study of training, coaching, equipment technology and, more crucially business management, were a critical part of his development. During over 20 years of professional golf Andrew operated sites for the Jack Nicklaus organization and the most successful public facility in the UK at Pine Ridge in Surrey, managing a number of teams over the years. Andrew has now had his own golf management organization for the last 10 years.

As part of Andrew’s continued commitment to personal development he studied further in NLP, Time line therapy, MBTI and Executive Coaching. These studies, along with his business experience and high level sporting background, facilitated a smooth transition into the area of business coaching and training. To date Andrew has focused on the areas of Leadership, Change, Communication, Coaching and Team development. Working closely with JS international, Andrew’s training and coaching experience has been with companies such as Vodafone and Panasonic. He also works with commodities traders in the city of London, managers within the biggest IT re-seller in Europe, Computacenter, along with a medium sized software company and many high level individuals from Financial services, IT and Sportswear as an Executive Coach.
