Jan Versteeg, BSc, has been working as an international manager and coach for five years. Previously he has owned his own businesses and lead and managed hundreds of people, working very successfully in sales and operations for many years. As a hotel owner in The Netherlands, he created innovative and effective ways to enable companies to build effective teams, with sustained results.

His focus is on leadership, teambuilding, coaching and upward mentoring and bringing his considerable business experience to life to help others in coaching and training. He is currently working with many multinational companies and runs public programmes with Sally Jackson in Spain to train others in NLP and Time Line Therapy™. He is a trained international coach and sturdied ontological coaching. He is currently studying for a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Supervision. He co_director of JS-International.
